The number one issue with this lawsuit is that the "Mandela Effect" is not real.

2nd.

This 'Mandela effect' is the most embarrassing thing to crawl out from the dumber corners of the internet.

Human memory is not very good at recording things. It's fallable.

But some people can't accept that their recollections are imperfect, so they've constructed this truly laughable theory.

Yes I'm with you, but the episode I linked is making fun of Australians, hard core, it's really funny and all the gimmicks are perfect.

If cern was "responsible" they'd have to name it some thing else, as it would have nothing to do with that guy, and it properly didn't anyway. Preferably something long and "sciency" that doesn't have any last or hyphenated last names. No, the cern effect doesn't do it either...

We have always been at war with Eastasia, have we not?

I'm struggling to figure out how or why you dragged 1984 into the discussion.

Must have been the result of a dimensional shift.

There is no reason to tell anyone in your private life about any Mandela Effect you believe you have experienced. You can only lose; you can't win.

And yet you seem to be spending an inordinate amount of time pushing the same - we should nickname you

"The Profusion King Mandela and other artifacts"
or
"Its only Mandela when you profusely sweat it"

I rest my case, you have condemned yourself!

www.abovetopsecret.com...

No matter how you slice it, the Mandela Effect we're seeing with the JFK assassination is an entirely new phenomenon.

OR
Does it matter if 'reality' is real?
www.abovetopsecret.com...

My conclusion: If the consequences of one's actions are real, it doesn't matter if 'reality' is real

This is why...We don't trust Australians, alright! Why should we?

What's we the "we" I thought you were a Yank? Or are you suggesting you would take the word of a kiwi over an Aussies...hahaha

Well maybe being an "Aussie girl with a name of Keitha" is better than a wannabe aussie Kiwi who strays beyond the pen and is unfaithful to their "sheep"

The defense will simply argue that the Mandela Effect is caused by chemtrails!

And yet in a court case people verbally testify based on memory and are cross examined and then a black robed "senior" takes a guess as to who is more believable, who would have figured hey?

That "guess" is based on other evidence. Eyewitness testimony is known to be very low on the reliability scale.
