The number one issue with this lawsuit is that the "Mandela Effect" is not real.

Yes I'm with you, but the episode I linked is making fun of Australians, hard core, it's really funny and all the gimmicks are perfect.

If cern was "responsible" they'd have to name it some thing else, as it would have nothing to do with that guy, and it properly didn't anyway. Preferably something long and "sciency" that doesn't have any last or hyphenated last names. No, the cern effect doesn't do it either...

That "guess" is based on other evidence. Eyewitness testimony is known to be very low on the reliability scale.
