He is being judged for the possibility of bias. To insert ethnic and racial bias is a sign of ethnic and racial bias. Mexico is a multi-ethnic country.

So on this basis we could argue that Trump might be biased against people of colour because his father was arrested at a KKK rally and the Trumps also breached the Fair Housing Act in 1968.

That Judge is part of an organization which endorses La Raza and has given scholarships to illegal immigrants who have admitted publicly they are illegal aliens.

Freedomain radio dug up some research on that organization. The judge should have excused himself for conflict of interest.
