Well Happy Belated BirthDay!!
We did go to the bank. Our credit isn't real bad,
mostly non-existant.
So Jim in finance set us up with a small secured loan,
and a credit line to use to build Our credit up with.
Very helpful Guy He was...
Might take about a year to get Our credit worthiness
built up enough for a larger loan, to buy a house.

That is a cool shot of Mama and Baby!
I had heard that Yes it is a BAD idea to approach Mama moose with a young one!
Even an adult Moose with no young, at times can be a dangerous encounter!

Just found out I do NOT need knee surgery! It's a "bone bruise" that will take 6 months to heal. The radiologist said it was a meniscus tear when she read the MRI, but the orthopedist says she doesn't think so. Good news. No knives! Just a cane for awhile longer.

I have a cane to use at times as well.
I even made one here from a sturdy Branch.
Cut off part of it to use for the handle,
set across the top of the cane, in a 'T'...
Works great!
Plus if I have to, It will knock someone out!! lOL!!

EDIT: Today I will probably be using it. Hurtin already... Alas... Gettin old...

hello all...getting ready to wake my self up with some more 45's records...man i so love this record player sxy bought me for my bday....now i just have to think of what we can do this weekend as on monday is our 24 years of being married..so not sure what to do..just maybe put them both together in one day of maybe shopping some where out of the area,..or some thing..ok i ont buy any more coloring books..well unless its one i dont have yet..i now have about 25 or 30 of these dam books that i am hooked on...maybe some day i will start coloring in them..lol...
