(plus, I heard a real cool interview on NPR the other day about the "lettuce lady" of NASA. Her job is to get lettuce to sprout and survive on the
International Space Station. Because, Mars. It's too spendy to transport food from Earth; so now they're managing for themselves. Fantastic stuff,
