It's just after 3:30 pm and my wife's been sleeping since 11:30 am or thereabouts, after being up for around 4 hours. So, it looks like she still needs the rest. While she does, I can relax a little and catch up with you for a while.

It is amazing how this bridge was built and how long it took to build this bridge. Only took a little over two years to build the bridge. This was done to re-align US 19 from the topsy, turvy, twisty, route that it used to take from the top to the bottom of the gorge and back up.

I'm not gonna lie.......... I have been by "The Mystery Hole" at Ansted a few times on my many expeditions to Hawks Nest. It's pictures like these that are why I live where I live.

Argh second fire drill of the day....reminds me of one when I was dressed in pajama shorts, short sleeved shirt, flip flops. It was like 6-8 PM around. Oh yeah it was like 30 something degrees Fahrenheit outside. Fun.
