Almost swept all 5 states tonight, lost Rhode Island but whatever. She has the nomination locked up and I expect Sanders to endorse her in the coming weeks.

I wonder how the bernie or bust bros will handle it?

Everyone says she's unelectable yet she has the most votes out of anyone.

Why is that?

They say she fails to energize the base yet she has pummeled Bernie in actual states that matter.

Why is that?

The bernie or bust bros say that the Democratic party primary system is undemocratic but yet I don't see them complaining about all of the caucuses that Sanders has won? Why is that? Caucuses are some of the most undemocratic things there are.

Anyway great night for Clinton.

Trump is his own worst enemy. Tonight he said that if Hillary were a man she wouldn't even receive 5% of the vote.

Expect that line to be turned into an ad against him soon.

The stars did align for Clinton this time around. She's unpopular but the Republican party is about to nominate the only candidate running that has a higher unfavorability rating than her.

Lolz

I don't get why you or anyone is a Hillary supporter. No hate, no nonsense, would you explain it?

I'm tiring of all the anti-Hillary stuff, but I don't think I could ever bring myself to vote for her. Convince me. How is she worthy?

I'm currently independent>Trump>Hillary>Sanders.

Real conversation, not knocking you, I just don't get it.

I don't think you're a paid shill, or an idiot, or uninformed.

And both those facts are terrible portents for the United States and its citizens. Hilary vs Trump will be a showdown which will see the American people only being able to choose whether they get stabbed in the back, or in the front.

If it comes to that, the electorate would have to be referred to from that moment on as "the willing architects of their own downfall".

Because in politics if you want a mile you get an inch.

Hillary Clinton wants incremental change, which in my opinion the American people will be more open minded about instead of hitting them in the face with a $15 dollar minimum wage and universal healthcare.

Hillary Clinton is also more electable than Sanders. I know it sounds insane but it's true. If it weren't then Bernie Sanders wouldn't be getting this badly beaten by Clinton. Sanders has built his campaign around money in politics and breaking up wall-street, which are important issues but those aren't the issues that win presidential campaigns.

I don't think a Latino family in California that is worried about being torn apart by the broken immigration system is worried about big banks and wall-street.

I don't think a black family in Detroit that has been ravaged by gang violence is worried about wall street and Goldman Sachs.

That's why Hillary Clinton has been killing it with minorities.

The Republicans have thrown every single thing they possibly can at Clinton, Sanders hasn't been targeted by the Right wing propaganda machine yet.

I can already imagine the barrage of ads against Sanders if he were the nominee.

Free healthcare for everyone
Free college for every lazy bum!
$15 minimum wage for burger flippers!

Change has to happen incrementally. While Clinton might not be the perfect candidate for me, I do believe she has the experience and the right ideas to get elected and get the job done.

Unfortunately, today in the western world there are no "Outstanding" politicians on parade. In the states Clinton and Trump are the best of the bottom of the barrel. (only my opinion) The current leaders of england, france, australia, USA, etc. leave a lot to be desired. I'm sure this has a lot to do with the war against muslim terrorism, with them being unable to have joint constructive action which will please all ethnic nationals living in their countries. Weak leaders making weak decisions.

Huh. I agree with that. There are a lot of things that I like about Sanders, he seems like a good person, has been consistent, I want everyone to have healthcare, I don't agree with the college thing, I don't agree that we should have open borders.

Slow and steady makes more sense. Sanders wanted too much too fast, and while I don't agree that you should only vote for someone that's electable, do agree that Sanders would have just been a pain in the ass and more polarizing.

I don't like any of my choices. I don't know what I'm going to do. Probably 3rd party. I want to like Trump, but I just don't trust him. I don't trust Hillary either. I trusted Sanders, but I finally snapped out of it and realized he was too far left for me to support (and I got pissed with the text messages and phone calls). Sanders is too much of a puss to be president.

Thanks for the reply. Doubt I'll vote for Hillary, but nice to understand your position, I respect it.

I would give you 50 stars if I could for this comment. There truly is no one running I trust to run our country (maybe into the ground). This is the best we have. Sad very sad.

No.

You do not KNOW what Hitlary wants, you are NOT a mind reader. The only person who can tell you what Hitlary wants is the she-#%^@ herself.

Hitlary is more electable than Sanders, yes, because the whole facade was orchestrated that way, it is all controlled opposition; criminal Hitlary seems tame compared to pseudo-socialist Sanders.

A good night for Hillary is a good night for Trump. I'd rather watch the Bernie and Trump blood bath come general election, but if Hillary gets the nomination I think it'll be a landslide for trump.

I think it's very sad. Bernie is our best shot at shining a bright spot light on all the corruption and in my opinion Hillary participates in the corruption. I don't see terribly much difference between her and Conservatives except on "women's issues" which Bernie is just as strong if not stronger on. I also think she's a war hawk. Her speech at AIPAC was bone-chilling.

I wouldn't rule anything out yet even though the uphill battle got even steeper last night. The Democratic Convention can be contested too.

So you want the Democratic party to steal the nomination from Hillary? Because that's exactly what they would be doing

She has received more votes than him and has won more states than him

That would be worse than what the GOP is doing to Trump

I don't see it that way. I think the DNC and Hillary have been dirty in this election and all the investigations won't be done before the convention.
