As a believer in Christ, and based on my understanding of the Bible, I believe the most responsible political ideology is Libertarian Anti-Federalism. Socialism can go straight to hell.

A small government which is accountable to the citizenry, which does not inhibit personal rights, freedoms and ideologies is necessary for the preservation of prosperity and freedom in this nation.

We have reached the point where elections will not change the system. Protest is ignored, and rioting only feeds the tyrrany. So how can we level the playing field?

Through the courts!!!!

Here are some changes that I propse:

1) Court costs must be flat percentage rate on based on the income of the accused party, if the accused party if found guilty. If the accused is found guilty, then court costs should fall on the accusing party. Furthermore, they should only be charged for the number of hours spent in court.

2) Courts should be force to offer a basic legal education (free of charge) on Constitutional Law and on laws relevant to the case in question, so that any citizen can represent themselves with confidence if desired.

3) These proposed changes should be added to the Bill of Rights and applied to local, state, and federal court systems.

These three changes alone, coupled with the potential power of Judicial Review would make it much easier to defend our rights in local, state, and federal courts, providing traction for the citizens who pay taxes and fail to receive adequate representation.

Please, share your ideas.

For those who might not know what Judicial Review is, it is the mechanism by which a law or executive action can be invalidated if it is determined to be in violation of a higher authority, such as the Constitution, or more importantly, the Bill of Rights.

Judicial Review: Its your right!

This is the best way to enforce the rights granted to us by the Bill of Rights. The first step must be making the judicial system affordable to the poorest of citizens.

Do you know about the history of the Constitution, the bankruptcy of our country, specifically the 1st bankruptcy, and the creation of the Federal Reserve and how it was funded?

Our slow, now moving train momentum rage is long time coming. Turning the other cheek is not an option.

I know that the Constitutional Convention was a Federalist attempt to illegally replace the Articles of Confederation with a new Constitution that DID NOT include a Bill of Rights. They were pretty much successful at replacing the Articles of Confederation (which was a choke collar on the Federal Government), but the Anti-Federalists managed to negotiate a damned good Bill of Rights (of which I am very thankful).

I'm aware of the Federal Reserve, and its shady origins (just like the Constitutional Convention). It needs to be stopped.

Personally, I believe that if enough citizens push for fairer court practices, the whole system can be rebooted with Judicial Review, especially the Federal Reserve.

Turning the other cheek (I mean no violent revolutions...self defense is a different story) and due process of law are the ONLY options. Once a political movement becomes violent, it loses all credibility. This whole mess started with the Revolution of 1776. People got angry at taxes, and fell into violence. That is when federalists like George Washington jumped in and took control of the emotional crowd.

The Bible teaches us to subject ourselves to all authority....

1 Peter 2:13 Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, 14or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. 15For such is the will of God that by doing right you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. 16Act as free men, and do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but use it as bondslaves of God. 17Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king.

....and to render unto Caesar.

Mark 26:17 And Jesus said to them, "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." And they were amazed at Him.

The British Colonies had what they originally came for...religious freedom. Riots, disorderly conduct, and a violent revolution was completely uncalled for. It only opened the window for opportunists like George Washington.

I don't favor an particular group, I only obey the Law in obedience to God. Right now the Constitution is that Law, and we have a real way to restore it, fix it, and clean out this country...with Judicial Review.

If it cannot be done in a legal and non-violent manor, then it should not be done at all.

1776 was America's first mistake.

Without 1776 there is no America. How can it's inception be a mistake? Lemme guess, you would have aborted America?

The Colonies were fine the way they were. Who knows what prosperity they could have had during the Victorian Age. Maybe England would have granted them independence. Who knows?

The only reason you were not taught (these things you suggest,) your rights when you went to school was because the elite know that if you don't know your rights, you effectively have no rights.

They also know that if you don't know your rights there is an increase likelihood that you will be more obedient to authority figures and if you do resist there is an increased risk you will be respond inappropriately and therefore you will be goaled.

No country can ever run an empire for a long time so its obvious that the US would of left the mother country at some point, but one of the things about the US is that it is built with the the state and religion as two separate things as the first colonials quite often came from different views of what the bible meant and imagine trying to merge all those different views into a law without it becoming a bloodbath.

The founders were clever they said that religion has its place over there and the law of the land has its place over here and we won't interfere on how you wish to do your prayers etc and generally it works as you have the right to believe in whatever you wish so long as you don't force it upon others.

The states job is to manage this world aka provide roads, water supplies, keep us pesky Brits from reclaiming the colonies etc. What happens on the other side well thats up to you and your sky wizard.

1. The ability to swiftly fire any of them via public vote.

2. Any criminal activity by them including president/pm, that violates rights and constitution and nation, the police can arrest and they can be imprisoned, not wait for them to investigate and impeach. Because they rarely do.
