Nancy Reagan has died ... TMZ has learned from a close family member.
The former first lady was living in Bel Air and has been in failing health in recent years.
Mrs. Reagan married Ronald in 1952 and went on to became a First Lady who at first was severely criticized for her fancy taste -- particularly in china -- but went on to become beloved, along with her husband.

RIP, Nancy. Your class, your devotion to your husband, and your loyalty will be remembered.

I was young, but I remember feeling that a sense of class and decorum had returned to the White House, and although at first, we thought her a bit of a snob, we found out she wasn't that at all, but a lady that took pride in what it meant to be the First Lady of the White House. I loved her!

Are you giving us permission to be honest about her and her husband's disastrous time in office, or are we only allowed to pay lip service to the fake idols they have been made-out to be?

Regardless, may she have safe travels.

If you want to be a jerk about the deceased, someone who can no longer defend herself, why don't you start another thread for that purpose.

Dissecting her husband's presidency has no business here.

Lip service it is.

It is not within my personality to worship false idols, dead or alive. If that is what this thread is for, I will gladly move along.

My God.

People take cheap shots at something like this?

I guess we can see who is who.

Great exposures guys.

RIP Mrs. Reagan.

Nancy Reagan was no innocent babe-in-the-woods. Her "Just Say No" campaign against drug use and her insistence that drug users were to blame for the violence of the drug trade led to the wholesale incarceration mania of the 1980s.

I'm leaning more towards asshatty, but that's just me.

You like being disrespectful? Hmm...

None of you would shed a tear if this was Nancy Pelosi or Hillary, as another member pointed-out. Neither would I.

Forgive me if I am consistent and show the same respect for a woman that history will show to be comparable to the "Hilldog" herself.

Nancy Reagan has passed away at the age of 94...

Here are two of my favorite quotes from her...sorry about that.

Just say no to drugs!

I don't intend for this to take on a political tone. I'm just here for the drugs.

She was a great lady.

And I will leave you with this...

It's appropriate that this symbol of American strength and resilience and optimism has come to rest at the library that bears Ronald Reagan's name. After all, it was President Reagan who always reminded us that when we set our eyes on the horizon, every day is morning in America. ... The Reagan Library is a place the sun will never set on the principles that Ronnie believed in so deeply.
