Hello there! I haven't seen this around the traps here on ATS and I did a search also...so please chime in if I have been blind again!

Ok, I have seen various news releases in Australia about this so called Russian UFO. Also Third Phase of the Moon has recently broadcast the entire film footage as it was sent to them originally. I'm not a big Third Phase fan as I'm sure most are hoaxes but hey, this one has people talking around the globe.

Here is a link from our local MSM here in Aus

Here is Yahoo

Here is Third Phase

So, thoughts? any? Chinese lanterns? Mist?.........

In the first clip the objects honestly look like floating lanterns, as to whether or not the source is BS is debatable.

They are known to be shiny mylar balloons reflecting the sun.

They are very shiny, metallic looking plastic balloons filled with helium. They are so reflective that they are nearly as bright as the sun when seen from a distance. (Close up they reflect like a mirror, further away specular reflection takes over and they become very bright point sources.)

Well news.com.au (msm) doesn't help its credibility either...
