You obviously have no idea that the word "diversity" has a much wider meaning than you are used to hearing 'round 'bout yer parts, as someone else pointed out earlier.

I am putting together that it must be used primarily to refer to diversity of skin color where you are, so you figured that was clear.
In the bigger world, diversity is used for much more forms, like diversity of language, culture, behavior, political systems, ideologies, religions, philosophies, styles, asthetics, music....


To use that term without being precise amongst a larger multi-national public, and expect them to know what kind of diversity you are refering to is ignorant.


Even if you had taken the trouble to write out "white privelage" that is only a key phrase in America. I only would have recognized it and had any idea what kind of interactions you are complaining about because I still follow some of the American trends from afar. Other foriegners would not.

Ignorance is not a serious malady, it can be healed with a little learning of new info. You're welcome.


But I still suspect that this thread is actually a bit like the "people hate me because I am beautiful and they are jealous" threads- where it eventually becomes clear that the reason for those repeated reactions is not the one claimed. Sometimes you just are lacking in social skills and come off as an asshat.
