Okay, I know we've seen these videos possibly a million times, but am I the only one who thinks the objects seen aren't intelligently controlled craft? Worth a watch anyway...

I think they are intelligently controlled craft , both the Soyuz and the ISS filming it.

Hoaxer known to who? Is there a "hoaxer investigation unit" somewhere or is this unproven alligations simply because of the subject matter is not within the box of possibilities for certain persons here on ATS?

Yes. And I saw nothing that pointed it to being a hoax unless he added "ufos" to it.

It would be a misinterpretation.
