just about every time he's asked a serious question about anything, his answer is either "i don't know," "we don't know" or some version of the 2. i believe he really does not know. much of anything.

He set the standards at the DoD. His feigning ignorance, or lack of specific info. is nothing more than plausible deniability in action.
