Happy Thanksgiving? Tell that to the millions of magnificent birds killed for your pleasure.

It sounds like the NFL love in for our military. They are there to protect us, right? Nothing to do with a corporate empire focused on oil.

Have you ever raised those "magnificent birds"? Not too bright, those turkeys. Would literally die by drowning if they lift up their beaks in a rainstorm. But the males are interesting to watch.

Why would you try to bring people down on a holiday of gratitude and thanks?

Get over yourself.

I guess it'd really piss you off to find out that my turkey was completely wasted?

Cooked it, it tasted spoiled, looked spoiled, I had to chuck it. Good thing they had a pig.

I am thankful for both even though one crapped out on me.

I'm sorry.

It must be nice up there on your high horse to be somehow able to link the military industrial complex pursuit of oil interests and people having a turkey.

What, no shout out to the prime rib and ham eaters? Maybe you could link them to institutional racism or Wall Street greed from way up there on your high horse?

I heard that if your horse is high enough you can sustain yourself entirely on unicorn farts so that you don't have to eat anything that damages the planet. Of course since you ride your high horse you have no need for oil or any products made from it. Off now, having saved the day, into the sunset on your mighty steed!

Not to mention the domestically bred ones can't breed without artificial help because their breasts are too big.

That was a funny Dirty Jobs segment ... basically jerking off a turkey.

I hope your family had a safe space ready for you, so you could go decompress and heal and they could enjoy their meal in peace.

Was this thread supposed to upset everyone? I found it funny since I am a supporter of the Turkey Industrial Complex and Big Turkey.

That too, men should wear more hats and I make a point of doing so.
