So the op felt it was necessary to post the whole article instead of a little bit and a link? Also a few incidents hardly equals to Christians being persecuted. If you look enough you can find stuff like this being done to Muslims and Jews so does that mean they are persecuted as well?
For someone as smart as you, your ability to bury your head in the sand on this issues is mind boggling. However, I do agree that Muslims and especially Jews are also persecuted because of their belief in God. It is reprehensible.

Just because I point out how other religions are having the same thing done to them means Christians aren't being persecuted? I just pointed out the hypocrisy of the article trying to make it appear like it is only happening to Christians. Sorry if that got your panties in a bunch.

This time we live in has been foretold in both the bible and the Quran and this is only the beginning. Lets talk in a year or so and you will wish for these days to come back!
This beast, which unsurprisingly follows the first, rises up out of the earth. It has two horns and speaks ‘like a dragon.’

Why isn't God doing anything?!?!?!?!?

This is what happens when you put two religions in the same room, that are both the "ONLY way to god". The more extreme of the two groups will rise to the occasion, and persecute the others. Even those of their own group who don't believe exactly as they do.
Personally, if I were in charge of these immigrants, the rules would be simple. Any proselytizing or intimidation of Christians or Muslims either one, and you get deported next day. Try me! Please! I'd love to make an example of a few of you.
there are wackos and weirdos in every group on the earth.

Why isn't God doing anything?!?!?!?!?
Because he doesn't force his will on people.
John 14:13
Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14"If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.

Why does God think the free will of the murderer trumps the free will of the victim? If the victim is Christian, and prayed to God to save him and his family from harm, why wouldn't God intervene. Especialy after Jesus said this:
John 14:13
Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14"If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.

I think you need to re-read that Grandma. I didn't say it was only a problem if Christians were present. I said...
This is what happens when you put two religions in the same room, that are both the "ONLY way to god".
It could have been Muslims and Jews. Or any other two religions that are the "ONLY way to god". Don't be projecting that persecution on me. At least not this time.

If you can't answer the question just say so.
Asking, in a thread about Christian persecution, "why doesn't God do something" isn't any more off topic than your answer, "Free will". My question was right on topic. Why doesn't God save the Christians who pray to him and believe in his promises to answer prayer. Or, is that too persecutive?
