Investigation into Hillary's email server focuses on Espionage Act, could get her 10 years in jail

Hillary Clinton could be prosecuted in federal court for failing to tell President Barack Obama about her private email server at the time she was running it, according to a veteran FBI agent.

Obama said flatly during a '60 Minutes' interview on Sunday that 'No,' he did not know Clinton sidestepped security protocols with her a home-brew email setup while she was his secretary of state.

The FBI agent who spoke with DailyMail.com has had a 20-year career in federal law enforcement and serves in a supervisory capacity in a domestic FBI field office.

He said on Friday that failing to put Obama in the loop could be enough to send her to prison for ten years.

As would probably surprise no one here, the overwhelming expectation is that Hillary Clinton won't have any problems whatsoever no matter what she's done.

Even if she were prosecuted and found guilty, Obama would grant her a presidential pardon as soon as the verdict was handed down. It also wouldn't surprise me if the verdict would be overturned on appeal by way of $$.

Most likely scenario is that she is granted immunity or there's no prosecution at all.

Well considering the FBI probe into Clinton is now a criminal investigation I would say anything is possible.

The Republican Congress is held under the thumb
of Barack who can and has and will veto anything
he wants. Also Barack has said openly and has
actually done it, that he will go around congress
and make them irrelevant.

So as long as Barack has such great contempt for
the Congress, their hands are tied by the

I think there is more than that as well. Those emails were never lost .

The gov't has been monitoring EVERYONES electronic communication for a long time. Those lost emails were captured and archived the minute they were sent and received.

IMO there might be some emails that could incriminate others. I think there biggest worries is not if the emails are lost but rather that they exists. I think Hillary is smart enough to have kept those emails stored in a safe place for leverage.

So nothing will come from this unfortunately. These people will throw anyone to the wolves ,including their mothers and one another unless it can bring themselves down.

People are talking about how it's the "Dems" who control our Congress and government who will protect her.
