She will never see the inside of a jail cell, to many backroom deals and corruption. At most, she will claim medical issues and step away from her campaign. Even that appears to be less and less likely to happen. All of this will just go way as every other scandal she has ever been involved in.

Unless we're all entirely wrong and there are absolutely no government conspiracies, I highly doubt someone of Hillary Clinton's stature will go to jail. She would be in a position to know way too much.

But I'm just guessing.

Even if she were prosecuted and found guilty, Obama would grant her a presidential pardon as soon as the verdict was handed down. It also wouldn't surprise me if the verdict would be overturned on appeal by way of $$.

Most likely scenario is that she is granted immunity or there's no prosecution at all.

A pardon if she's found guilty is 100% guaranteed. If she's found guilty of something before the election though she'll do a small amount of time in jail (and likely be seen as a martyr and cause a huge Democrat rally at the polls), then she'll be pardoned after the election but before Obama is out of power. If there's no trial by the election she'll be pardoned just incase.

Hillary will never see a day in jail, it will be dismissed and swept under the rug, she will go to secure the nomination for the Democratic Party and defeat Republican most likely Marco Rubio to become President! her running mate Julio Castro
