To be honest, I've always enjoyed my freedom here in the UK. I can publicly denounce my govt, my Queen and be allowed to do so.

Thats not the issue. The issue is whistle blowing, exposing Government BS. Thats Terrifying to them.

They don't care if you don't like Queenie.

The legislation mentioned in the video paves the way for the silencing of people speaking the truth.

Please provide the text of the legislation.

It's not hard to go on over to Google and get the full text Phage. Use the video as a starting point for search terms.

One of the reasons for the confusion about Fascism vs Socialism is that Socialism writes law and Fascism uses peer pressure. Same results whether legally coerced or socially coerced. Jonas Goldberg talks about how Fascism is very difficult or even impossible to define in Liberal Fascism, but Socialism and Fascism are both totalitarian, as in everything and anything is subject to interference from the political leadership.

If not written into law but still arrested by the authorities, Fascism would be the better label. Or something new that is still totalitarian.

There is none. But the reasons for forcing the Guardian to destroy hard drives is evidence the government is very paranoid about the truth getting out. Thats a news agency with information from a whistleblower being forced to destroy that information…

Freedom of speech is illegal in the UK.
That is the title and I see people speaking freely all the time. In the press tv and on the net.
Sensational headlines get more clicks eh?.

Maybe. But you see, you are the one making the claim. It's your job to provide the evidence to support it, not mine.

It will be a hit and run thread like his others.
Just fishing for youtubers...

You're starting to sound like a broken record. You come into every single one of my video threads spouting that nonsense. It's already been made clear in other threads that I don't need ATS to promote my YouTube channel. It's doing fine by itself.

But by all means keep banging that drum and spamming my threads with the exact same BS time and time again.

Some people have to have things shoved down their throats in black and white before they realise what's going on. They'd rather argue moot points than actually look at the reality of the situation.

You are worse then the daily fail for your headlines.
Phage asked you for proof and you refuse it.

The Commerce Clause has been used to restrict State laws concerning guns, drugs, and agriculture that never cross state boundaries.

There could be a new interpretation of an existing law.

Arrests would show illegality.

The same way waging a war on terror is somehow legal. It isn't, they made it all up, but tremble like Nazis at Nuremberg at the thought of being made responsible for their part in it.

When you claim something is now illegal, you're implying a law has just been passed, which it hasn't so youre obviously lying.

I'm not refusing anything. You either get the video or you don't. You either appreciate the gravity of the situation we are in or you don't.

On one side you've got people who take freedom of speech seriously and on the other side you've got false liberals who argue all day online over moot points.

You wonder why when you make a video drop it on ats and not comment on it?.
Last couple you have done the same.
Back things up you should know this or be seen as a tabloid youtuber.

Except for providing the text of the law and/or legislation which has made free speech illegal in the the UK.

Since that's what your thread and video are about, it would seem to be key.
