Old Member but New Again

Greetings to all the ATS'ers reading my introduction. I have been a member of ATS since 2007. I have taken a break over the past year or so due to the unfortunate loss of my wife. This has caused me to relocate to another state where I'm waiting on Social Security to get it's act together to remember that I am disabled and of course unable to work let alone care for myself at times. ATS and it's members and stories have been followed as I can during this unpleasant time.
Like with all things this is the time to start a new life and go from there. I'm looking forward to making new friends here as well.

How long since you posted with your old name?

My last post was around Christmas of last year. Not only did my wife die in early 2014 but her father dies in early winter of last year. His birthday is around Christmas so all together it was one of the worse holidays I've experienced.

Sorry for your loss! It cannot be easy for you! ATS has a way of allowing one not to focus on what one should not and allows time to pass if you allow it to!

Many members are here with time, so, if things get too black, don't forget to lets us know to help shoulder some of the weight.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss, I hope you can find some solice among this "nutty" family.
I have stopped asking why and just sit with my own and others pain, "Why?" is irrelevant when pain is killing you slowly. There is no answer. Our world is is a sea of pain we just have to rest on the joy that flouts on top
