Life is the Voidless Void, the Absent Absence, the Emptiness that is empty of emptiness.
There is nothing here nor there, not even nothing. All that appears is nothing, and all concepts that create the experience of life are nothing. There is no you and no me, no him or her, no this or that. That which makes life so wonderful is nothing and that which brings sorrow and despair is nothing. And nothing is the reason life is so beautiful.

Just as the river flows and the wind blows,
So too does living, that ever-changing current of wonder.
And without knowing a thing does this life flow unto eternity,
Like a lone sun wandering the universe.

Just as your joys and beauties empty out into endless oblivion,
So too do your sufferings and longings.
And at the end of it all, when you shed your last tear
The wondrous abyss has been waiting for you.

Nothing...

Nothing is the absence of evil, but also of good.

Can something come out of nothing?

When was I really born?

When did the Moon first reflect the Sun,
Showing me the path through the valley
On that long sleepless night?

Was there such a time
In which I wasn't aware?
Was there such a time
In which there was nobody there?

All I know is this
Now, I exist

Though I may not see the whole
I am a wondering,
Wandering soul.

Saying "is" implies being, implies something. What it doesn't imply is nothing.

“I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about.” -Oscar Wilde

nothing does not exist. there is no such thing as the existence of nothing.

nothing is the state of nonexistence of anything, which in itself does not exist.

if nothingness existed, it would cease to be nothing.

nothing is more impossible, illogical, and nonsensical than nothing.

Buddhist would call it 'emptiness' and I equate to 'endless potential devoid of causes and conditions'. Too profound really for my mind.

It's actually quite simple. The problem is trying to understand it as a concept. Which you never will because it's impossible. It's so simple that the mind refuses to acknowledge it.

It's not that hard to understand it as a concept. It's just hard to think of it as a truth. Or imagine it. Guess I'm too simple minded. I just can't understand how everything is nothing when life is so full of so much more than just what we see.

But I do love this quote that was posted above:

"“I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about.” -Oscar Wilde"

Amazing. That's going to be my new thing. Love it.

Perhaps it is "NO-THING" instead?

There isn't one thing in this world you can describe without referencing another thing. Not one! Even your very self.

You cannot describe yourself as a whole without identifying the parts (references) that make up the totality of who you are. Give it a shot.

What is a tree?

A tree (a word used to describe the organism we identify as a "tree") is not a tree without its parts. The thing has no substance of its own....it is NO-THING without the parts.

Therefore, "nothing" is all there is indeed since it allows for everything to exist. It is pure potential.

And nothing is the reason life is so beautiful.

How does "reason" (concept) arise from nothing?
