Two Airplanes Hijacked in Russia, one crashlands, other is heading for Moscow

This is Russia where people steal everything. The Army has a big problem with people stealing pretty much everything with a few payoffs so commanders look the other way. People stealing a couple of small planes is a slow day.

The chief of police of a town, along with some others, including IIRC, the caretaker at the military base near the town stole an AN-2 to go fishing a few years ago. Wound up crashing and killing everyone.
