I'm just a 19 year old hipster with an ironic chin-beard drinking a frappuccino with non-dairy creamer in the shape of an "anarchy" symbol.

Take a selfie showing the anarchy-frap, post it on facebook, instagram, twitter and linkedin and then start a thread about it here.........or it didn't happen.

BTW, you are only as old as the woman you feel, so I'm 36, even though I'm a 1970 model.

I just reviewed this thread and was impressed by the wisdom .

A new possible name came to mind . We could make it a morning coffee, cigarette, cough and hack thread.

We could call it "The Morning B.M." Then as you drop off you can also drop off the thread . Lol

Sublime And Beez would probably be regulars .

Well you'll be glad you tuned in to this thread. I just got a bulletin from the AARP . They said the Senate has just launched an investigation into a sweepstakes scam !!!!!!

This scam rakes in lots of money from old people with the claims of rewards and they will never received any of it .

They call it Social Security .

Eh...don't let it bug you. The ones that bother me most are the high schoolers who think they know everything about some subject...whereas some of us can have 20-30 even 40 YEARS into the very same subject.

I had one a few years back tell me I know nothing, its THEIR turn now, and get outta the way and stop breathing his air!

It says a lot about a society when it's young are turned against the values of it's parents, grandparents and ancestors and treated as worthless.

Wisdom is not something that appears in the mind on the turn of 18 or 21, it is a lifetime of learning.

You forgot the plaid shirt and ironic cereal cafe.

There are a whole load of those 'original thinkers' looking EXACTLY the same in London.

On the anarchy thing, I teach and in art class you can imagine how many 17-25 year olds try telling me about anarchy and social injustice, mostly opinions courtesy of gangsta lyrics.

The irony.

What I'm amazed by is that you've figured out how to post on the internet, or at least your care-worker has been kind enough to show you.

I went from manual typewriter, to electric typewriter, to memory word processor, to computer...so my technological transition was a very natural progression, as was realizing that not much has really changed in certain respects.

I LOVE being in my 50s! It's the age where you really DON'T give a flip what others think of you.

Um, you all do like me, right?

Like you? You know it! Keep up the good work.
