i saw something similar, this was on a show on false law suits on 20/20 or something like that. they staged a bus running into the back of a car.

people started going in the back door on the bus and coming out the front faking injury and claiming whiplash.

This dude shooting the video seems a bit suspect. He's walking around basically attempting to incite a riot. Im wondering which bankster or politician he's the step brother-in-law of.

Wow, it sure gets going here on ATS lately when a cop shoots someone. They have always been shooting people and people have always been shooting cops. I think there has actually been a reduction in the cops shooting criminals.

The information coming out on this is all over the place. Well, I am sure we will find out if the guy really got shot.

Way too many conclusions being drawn at this point.

Earlier, a witness had told a news crew she saw the shooting take place, and claimed the victim was not armed.

He is armed he is not armed....police shoot suspect....suspect not shot....man dropped gun and shot himself....I mean really this just gets spun in 180 degrees in less than a second. Lets hope there is video somewhere that can put it to rest or result in whatever needs to be done

I obviously was not there. So I should have nothing to say on the subject. Our M16s did have a propensity to go off during marching drills.. Sometimes that bolt just rocks forward.. Usually not while you are pointing a gun to your own back, but mistakes do happen.

The problem is, the Fox cameraman and reporter at the scene ran with what they thought they saw. Then they talked to some obviously biased "witnesses" at the scene that were saying stupid things like "They shot him 20 times in the back! I saw it!"

Here's video from the scene... how would you like to be the cops trying to make an arrest in that crowd??

The police approached the guy, he ran, he fell, his gun supposedly went off.

The cops didn't shoot him but they did arrest him. Bystanders heard the gun shot and saw a black man laying on the street so they jumped to conclusions and the whole thing exploded from there.
