I legitimately had fried cabbage last light. And by fried cabbage I mean I put an entire pound of bacon (chopped) into my wok, along with a head of shredded cabbage. Salt, and pepper. Fry.

Heart-stoppingly delicious. The cabbage absorbs a lot of the bacon flavor. So it's like eating a giant bowl of shredded bacon.
