the movie Drive Angry: god killer gun missing 2 bullets

For those that don't know, the movie is about a guy that was really bad in life and died and went to hell.

He finds out devil worshippers have killed his daughter and breaks out of hell to get revenge.

"The accountant" hells book keeper comes after him.

Milton (cage) when breaking out if hell steals "the god killer gun" from Satan.

The God killer gun can supposedly kill anything.

Not just kill but just erase from the universe.

I have googled this several times and can't find anything on it.

I am not religious so don't honestly care about that aspect, but why are there 2 bullets missing from the gun when we first see it?

Did the devil shoot and kill both god and Jesus with it?

Did he use it in god with no effect, then turn it on himself to no effect?

Did Nicholas cage use 2 bullets to escape from hell?

I can't figure it out for the life if me.

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

I watched it on demand, because a friend recommended it after referencing "the god killer gun".

Can't find anything on it with Google bing ask or YouTube.

They used them up in the tv series Supernatural. At least i think Dean and Sam used two in the show.

One of the only movies I am willing to tolerate Nicholas Cage in. Pretty cool movie in my opinion. I have no light to shed though, it is just one of those movies that can be discussed ad infinitum.

maybe they just didnt have enough bullets to fill the gun. Maybe the devol used them a long time ago on 2 insubordinate demons. or maybe in order to have the plot go the way they wanted to, the makers of the film needed him to only have a certain amount of bullets cause if he had more the storyline would not make sense. people would ask why he didnt use a bullet on such and such person. i don't know, I'm just taking a wild guess, but your guess is as good aa mine. ive seen it but it was a while ago so I don't remember too much as far as details. i like how you used your imagination to think of a few possibilities thoigh. I never would have thought of them.

imdb has sections for both trivia and goofs/errors. I'd check there if you haven't already. or scan the wikipedia article for clues.good luck.

I just saw the movie due to this thread, it is pretty clear according to what the accountant (Charon) said that the devil is good and working for god as the warden of gods prison, so i doubt this is the case.

That is the way I took it as well.

I loved the line "he is very well read" .

I dont know why, just never really thought of the devil kicking back with a brandy and a good book.

Makes me laugh inside just picturing it.

They probably filmed it, then edited it out and forgot afterwards. My guess is, hope for an extended version that is unedited. It may, or may not be on there.

Hey, I have to thank you for this thread. I'd never heard of the movie until I read about it here. I just got done watching it. I loved it. As for the missing bullets, well, as other posters had said, I didn't hear any mention of what happened to them.
