The M855 ban was abandoned after the ATF got 80,000 angry letters from gun owners.

The situation at Bundy Ranch ended after a small army confronted the BLM.

Mass insurrections don't happen currently, but we aren't powerless either.

I wasn't discussing m855 until you said my point was irrelevant.

My initial point was that he might have had other options than just to rant on ATS had the citizens of the UK not already rolled over to their masters en mass.

Maybe there still are other options...

Publicly protest! His voice isn't very loud on here now is it?

ETA: Isn't is slightly ironic that the same guy who thinks that the citizens of the US need to relinquish what little power they still have over their GOV is now ranting about how his GOV is corrupt? I think so

Conservatives
Labour
Lib Dems
UKIP
The Green Party
SNP (Scotland Only)
And a lot of other smaller parties

What will we get? Probably a Conservative/UKIP coalition or a Labour/SNP Coalition or some other coalition. What we won't get is a majority government and nothing what the populace wants!

So your point then is we Brits should take up arms against Westminster as they are announcing the Budget for 2015! Just like our American Cousins do when you announce your Budget! Got it!

Ed Milliband was only placed into power by the Unions. The labour membership including myself voted for his Brother. I left supporting Labour after this as it showed that the Unions have more say over the future of this country than we do.

I am friends with Len Mccluskey and we have had many a heated debate over this very issue. The Unions will cost Labour its next election due to them dictating who the Labour Leader was. Every time I see Ed's sneering face on TV i have to turn off as he makes my blood boil!

And what do you accomplish by owning a Gun?
What changes have you made to US politics by owning a Gun?
What changes have you made to your community by owning a gun?
What has owning a gun got to do with the 2015 UK Budget anyway?

What you have suggested is that by owning a gun we should be taking up arms against our oppressors (Westminster). How about (just food for thought) our American Cousins take up arms against their own oppressors and then perhaps you may have a valid point! until then stop being an "Arm Chair Warrior" and discuss the topic at hand!
