After perusing the forum, I couldn't find any thread like this, so here goes!

Use this thread to share your personal theme song with other members. It could be something that describes your personality, something that has deep meaning to you, or just something fun and silly! No rules here, just share what you think your theme song should be!

Here's mine, to get things started. The lyrics have touched me in ways that other songs haven't been able to. I first heard this song during a very bad time in my life. I felt alone, and helpless. Adjusting to Japan has been a very rough transition at times and sometimes my American "crassness" pushed people I really liked away from me. I heard this and I just started sobbing. ナノ (Nano) has really helped me come to terms with a lot of things and helped me move forward.

I'm excited to see the responses!

Lowkey - Long Live Palestine

The lyrics do more to describe my sentiments than my own words could...

This is the Chit-Chat forum, so I think this is permissible here. Do you have a song to share?

If so I imagine it is nice and gloomy.

A very moving song, Charlie. Really illustrates how some Palestinians must feel, like the whole world is against them. Well done.

Alanis Morissette - You Learn. My position is to stretch yourself, try different things, break the boundaries, express yourself! You'll learn from it.

You know I really didn't like Alanis Morissette when she first debuted. her voice was irritating to me, but after listening to a number of her songs they really do have a message. I especially like "You Learn". Good choice!

Not sure how to embed videos on mobile but my theme song, or at least one that I relate to a lot is soul to squeeze by the red hot chili peppers.

As someone who is always searching and never settling down anywhere particular, it suits me quite well.

On a good day, it's a bit like a cross between the Kia-Ora advert and Mr Soft.

Sorry but i cant translate that into transatlantic 80's adverts, i don't have the software.

It took me a little bit to notice him myself, although he is one of my all time favourite comedians.

What gets me about the RHCP is that they are now considered classic rock

That made me feel old when I heard that haha
