Uhmm the US did win one with that..

We never had a real nuclear war between nations who both had them sure, but to claim there can't be a winner or a loser is yet to be proven.

No that wasnt really a Win in Japan. That was just a test of a nuclear weapon with a side effect of the japanese surrendering.

Also the damage to the planet of a full out nuclear war will be like living through hell. Radiactive fallout poisons the earths oceans,and in turn gets into the rain cycle. Crops fail,animals die. You see where this is going. BAsically the survivors will not give a crap about nationality after that happens. Most likely we would kill any surving governments off due to them being so stupid.
