That's pretty cool. Did you know that Huey Lewis owns the rights to this song? Ray Parker, jr. ripped off the music for I Want a New Drug.

Here is a FEEL GOOD MOMENT!!!

It reminds me of when my uncle got his eyesight back after being blind for several years..
As I walked up to him for the first time he said "You gotta be one of the ugliest SOBs I have ever seen...lol

That was also a feel good moment!

That's really cool. That girl's been through hell. I love the look on her face when she could hear.

So, how did your uncle lose his sight and get it back, if you don't mind me asking?

He was diabetic and got cataracts in both eyes.
He was blind for about 15 years and then they did some sort of surgery a few years before he passed that gave him his eyesight back. I didn't even know. My aunt came in the door and I asked where my uncle was and she said sh left him outside sitting on the swing, so I went out to see how he was doing and as I approached he gave me the news by calling me an ugly SOB...lolololol

It was actually a very cool moment.

Wow. What a way to find out he could see. I bet it made him happy being able to see again; though.

That was like something out of an Elmore Leonard novel. What did they use for liquor? Was that iced tea? That part where the guy drinks his own blood was out there. The ending really surprised me. Good work!

I liked that. I've never heard of them before. Now I have to go look more of their work up. Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks...

Yeah, usually tea for whiskey. But I was on a shoot recently where all the alcoholic drinks were real. Not a good idea though!! Indy films can be very rigid and professional and others are just a reason to party.

That was a funny parody. The ending was a real shocker though.

That's what I thought it was. That's funny about using real liquor. I read about a play that somebody did where they used real wine at a picnic. The cast ended up drunk and stumbling around. A couple people actually passed out on stage. I forget what it was called or when it was done. They never put the play on again.
