Yea for the buffalo! Wonderful to watch, especially when the herd decided to intervene. Thanks for sharing. It's a heart-warming scene of nature.

Beautiful video, we all know it does not always pan out for the prey but it certainly is a good feeling when it does.
Thanks for taking the time to share that with us.

That was cool. Try this one for size. Shame about the quality, but incredible and worth watching in its entirety

Man that was intense. I was so worried for that calf. Glad they stood their ground.

If you watched the NFL playoffs yesterday, it's been a really bad weekend for lions!!

I concur the Lions were beat down by the zebras for a not so good call on pass interference.

Kinda funny that "the Man" in the vid happens to be a bunch of Females haha

I was rootin for the Buffalo at the start but then after the calf got away it made me a bit sad to see the lions looking so downtrodden and disappointed, poor buggers have to eat and from what I understand it aint easy to score a meal for the big cats

And you see the Male lion at the end just strolling over, theyre kinda like the pimps of the animal kingdom, they get themselves a bunch of women and basically do nothing while the Femlales go out and do all the work to provide for them, should be ashamed of themselves if you ask me

There's no way the Lions lost the game because of that one Zebra attack. ( Disclaimer, I grew up in Dallas.

Obama must be watching this buffalo video too. I'm sure he couldn't be referring to the Zebra attack! lol

haha it's funny. I was rooting for the baby calf too, then at the end the big cats looked so dejected. If I had a super power I wish it would be animal ESP. I'd love to know what those cats were thinking!

Amazing how the natural world works.

There is no way that the Cowboys lost the game today because of a rouge pack of Zebra's prowling the NFL :-)
I have no choice now but to swing to the Cheesy side of things from here on to the big game:-)
