Alright, I can understand it's difficult to explain how it works.. I understand that Dianetics is a self-help book. So could you instead tell me how the book and its teachings have helped you? What benefits to your life has the knowledge in the book given you?

As you are a new convert, if you decide that Scientology is not for you in the near future are you afraid for you and your family that these intimidation tactics will be used on you.
