I may have found something that sounds like a women's voice, and if presuming what I've found is not a digital artifact then who ever is talking in this recording loves you. Will post asap after I've done a little more editing

I hear mumbling and then...."wait"....
Maybe "I can't wait" which if you go by one of the poster's theories from above, I am sure there are 1000 song lyrics that would say something very close to "I can't wait".

I am going to have to listen some more times! Dummy me left my headphones at work. May have to listen in the AM...

I do suggest wearing headphones to have a listen! Or even some earphones if you got some laying around. for me it sounds like "i'm in love with you" But to me, it doesn't sound like it's a song being played by a car passing by or a house close by it sounds to me like some one whispering close to the microphone, if I'm correct the high pitch noises you can hear are birds chirping outside but there is definitely some voice there saying something. Will keep on the search though!

He has since given up. I suppose that season is over. Can you tell me where exactly in the recording you picked that up?

That would give me a reference point to listen to before and after!
