Rosetta image

Walking through those amazing images of black and white of the Rosetta landing . Something came into my view . I really don't know what I am looking at but this square stone outlet looks unnatural to me. But as I have mistaken myself before about something in the distance that can get your vision about things sometimes fool you . I find this picture interesting to share with you and maybe you can tell me what this strange square formation could be .

As I stated before in some other thread why the interest in this singing comet. And why they call it the Rosetta mission?
Are they referring to something did Arecibo telescope picked up signals coming from this rock?

Whatever it is I leave it here for the pro's to take a look and tell me what you think of it ..

Peace

At first I thought about this being something from the lander ?

Or maybe Philae lander itself ?

Let me be the first to say....no...not that. It's not a rock.

It's ICE. Yes, it is ice on a comet that sheds its outer skin at each approach to the sun. No surprise you will see odd cracks and shapes considering it's such a changing surface.

Please no...just please...

It's comet - not a spaceship. Repeat until you fall asleep.

Did we miss the dude hanging on to the rock for dear life?

Ahhhhhhh!

They hope to unlock the secrets of the solar system by digging below the surface of the comet. Thats why they chose the term Rosetta. Toady I heard it landed in shadow though and might die tomorrow if it doesn't get more sun. Is this true?

Whose brainstorm idea was it to descend "freefalll" onto a comet shaped like an anvil?

Have you seen Dr Matt Parker? The dude is awesome...

I think he did a damned good job.

I'd have missed the comet altogether.

I fort it was the lander's position! Meh, I'm stoopid... second forts, maybe it's Kim Kardigan's londonderriere.

At first sight, the ESA can now confirm, thanks to this mission, that the MH370 isn't up there.

They have computers and retro rockets to fly it there. Hitting it wasn't the idea. If they don''t resolve their little problem its due to die sometime tomorrow, I think.

Yup, I don't need no Icemaker repairman here, what a con they are. Anyway, all the folks up here get their ice crushed from Tesco's..it's not far from the lander!
