Why does my ATS open tab keep trying to download **** to my ipad

I was on new topics and my ipad keeps jumping to download the stupid a$$ kardashian game what is goin on can anyone explain this stupidity????

Some other apps on your phone can just come up anytime for you to Download crap. You give them permission when you Download certain apps. Like accessing your cam, mic, email contacts, location...basically your life.

I was on Safari just clicked on new topics and four times in a row it just popped up to download this insignificant waste of data...a reply to: jude11

I always access ATS with my iPad. I always have at least 2 tabs open here regardless of what else I'm looking at and I have never had that issue. Not ever.

I'm not sure if it's something else you've downloaded, your choice of browser, etc.?

I have had the same problem before. Clear out your history and cookies. Should solve it.


ETA - Settings > Safari > Clear history and website data

safari it was wierd though it just came outta no where had two tabs open one is the coordinates to Area 51 and the other was an anime site but I was on the ATS tab when it happened a reply to: Kangaruex4Ewe

I'm not a techie by any means, but I think I recall that is one of the main reasons that I never used safari for more than a day. That may not be your issue though...

I use either the astro browser of the photon browser and never had any more problems with redirects after that. Again, I don't have enough experience with safari to say that is the issue. It could have been the way I had mine set up.

ats is fairly unsafe.... i run a macbook only here with a few protections...

- I got me smartphone rather late, last year actually and did not knew much about em but boy when i learn all the google sh1t on it and could not delete em and when i tried to add some useful programs it says how it will take permission to use pretty much anything on my phone. How can i give that right to em with right mind? Well now i am back to normal phones that are not sugar coded to take my freedoms and what not.

Its you. Your apps and their access you granted them. And those are linked to many others that THEY are associated with.

Not everyone has any such problems as you. I dont. Its not ATS.
