SAN FRANCISCO – Almost two-third of technology experts expect a "major" cyber attack somewhere in the world that will cause significant loss of life or property losses in the tens of billions of dollars by 2025.

Stories like this are frustrating....

1. Of course it's likely.. major attacks have already happened and they keep evolving.
2. It's a win win for the experts because if they are right they can say they told us so.. if not, this story will have already been forgotten.. no harm no foul.
