Man Driving Without a License Meets a Cop

He was pulled for speeding. Speeding IS a crime. The copper was very reasonable and respectful. All the idiot had to do was show a licence or give his details. He deserved what he got and the force used was perfectly justified. He's lucky he didn't get a sociopath, meathead with an itchy trigger finger.
