When GW Bush was in office and gasoline prices were 'sky-high' at $1.89/gallon.... he was a BIG OIL guy, according to the Democrats... that's why the prices were 'so high'.
Now that a Democrat is the President, we have them telling us that we need to be paying what the Europeans pay for gasoline.

I was in Atlanta in 2006.
Gas lines were miles long at $5+ a gallon!
That was after it went over $3, then $4 in the years prior.
