So obviously you can't be from the US due to one of your other threads where you falsely accuse the US of wrongdoing.
Sure we have done wrong before but not on this one.
Your profile says you are in W. Virginia, maybe you could get off the meds that are messing with you and get to another state.
Say Washington or Colorado, ...yeah most probably Colorado...

Treaty of Paris of 1783, 1790, 1805, the Hague convention of 1845, 1873 or 1890
the Geneva convention of 1910, 1923,1936, 1946 or 1983 ?
Under which law do you refer?
