Well, based on this country's history, I can see why some might compare this to a lynching, a Black guy being hung...

While it may not be a direct threat, I fail to see the humor.

That having been said, I say we replace Obama with the dummy. He cant do any worse.

They sure blew this prank up to make it newsworthy. They got to use their little robot they spent a fortune on though. Now, how would a dumby on a highway overpass be a threat to Obama.

Sounds like either teenagers or a couple of guys that wanted to do something exciting after the bars closed.

I was never involved in anything like that when I was young.
