Professor Kripa Varanasi, of the Varanasi Research Group at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in 2012 created the award-winning LiquiGlide - a coating that gets every last drop out of a ketchup bottle.

How did we miss this?

Who needs anti-gravity when we already have anti-ketchup!

That was my intended use! Well, it would end constipation, that's for sure.

Seriously though. That is awesome. Never will I look like a retard at a restaurant again!

This is horrible. Think of all the ketchup induced accidents this could cause. Ever get ketchup in your eye? It will likely happen if this becomes the norm. Think of all the clothes you'll prob ruin.

Did no one think of the children?

Lest I call you a spoil sport...

Oh NEAT!

I can imagine the fun and laughs the first time each person uses one of these in a public place. Yup....

(tips bottle, preparing to 'whack whack whack' on the (57) mark ....always on the 57, I learned young.... and .....- SPLAT! -...)

The finest burger or pile of fries can become an island in a sea of ketchup! I'd have to try real hard not to laugh out loud.

You used the word 'neat'. Doesn't that imply some degree of finesse? lol

Back in the real world (MickyDee's)... "thwack, Splat, AhMeGawd I'm sorry"!!!!

There are all kinds of use for that. I *LOVE* the 1gl paint can concept. Oh goodness yes.

That has serious potential!

I hate McD's.... But having seen what Denny's is... I might just strap a burger to myself and eat it!

This makes me recall 'olestra.' It was a fat free cooking oil substitute. They actually printed warnings on bags of chips using this product...something along the lines of "Eating this product will make you sh#t like goose."
