Nurse's monitor Captures 'Grim Reaper' standing over dying patient in hospital

What is it?!? At first I thought of a woman in a black tight suit standing in some ballet position on the patient who died hours later.

Then I realized the figure isn't a symnetrical humanoid body but more of a chimera with 1 goat leg, 1 other kind of leg, and a face within the stomach area which has 2 horns and the shadow of 2 eyes, nose, mouth.

Beg u pardon if this been posted on ATS already.. assuming the image isn't faked, then what does the black figure look like?

I can't discern any objects in that picture - let alone something resembling the grim reaper.

It's like an ink blot test. For me all I saw is a person standing on the bed holding a leaf blower that is also strapped on their back.

Wasn't it decided that this is an African American Dwarf giving someone a lap dance?

Here is what I see:
Blue is the patient
Green is something next to the bed, it's cylindrical and looks man made.
Red is some kind of decoration or medical equipment, it appears to be connected to the green highlighted object.

I can't see what is what...or even where the patient is?

My mother an RN, has been on many a death watch. Never has she reported to me or anyone a figure like a Grim Reaper, or any figure at all.
Inversely, she's also an ex-catholic nun, so perhaps her presence keeps others at bay?
