They are waiting for emperor Obama to give them their orders.

India will not support unilateral santions. They never do. That they made it clear they will not suport unilateral santions but, UN santions they would of course support. Not that it really matters, Russia real weakness is its need for western investors and capital. When it gets to the point the West ends that Russia will be in real trouble. Although it is clear the West is going slowly tighten the screws on Russia giving them a chance to get out before they tighten again and again. It will be interesting to see Putin can hold on to power as things start collapsing around him.
