'twas Valentines Day and the moon was full
Her eyes a doorway to her soul
Innocence telling, I couldn't resist
Drawing her near, She had never been kissed
Slow and deliberate until our lips met
Together, attraction becomes infinite
As calm as a whisper, the moonlight dancing
Upon mirror-like ocean that sparked romancing
We fell in love in that moment in time
As our lips parted our smiles a rhyme
Since that moment our love we did pledge
Twelve years ago along waters' edge.
