Wait, Barry has issued about170 (last I looked) and he has "overreached", but ole St. Ronnie issued out nearly 400, Bubba about the same as St. Ronnie, and W had nearly 300?? (comparing 8 year presidents to Obammy)

How has Barry overreached?

C'mon, the GOP is becoming a parody of a parody of itself. Like an Elvis impersonator that believes they're Elvis. You gotta be able to see that... or it is a carnival glass you all use as a mirror?

I think that it is not the amount of EO's that are signed, but rather the consequenses of them.

Obama has been slapped down by the federal courts quite often concerning what he wants to decree via executive orders, whereas the others were not.

Excutive Presidential Orders are Suggestions , Nothing more , Nothing Less . The fact that the President have Decreed so many of them so far in hid presidency just shows the American People that he is just Overly Opinionated . I Think it's about time the American People Express their Opinions and Suggestions more often so the President has a better feel about those that he Serves , and those who gave him this Job he seems to be so Frustrated with , no ?

This is insanity - I think they better get ready for that lawsuit!

On Obama's Climate Change and Energy Transformation Agenda is all based
on faulty data according to the latest audit!

In other words, the climate data is ahem...."faked" and Obama is going to use it
to push his Globalist Agenda.

State Department bureau’s climate change data can’t be relied upon, audit says

Yes, its freezing, and even though NASA just released another report
saying the "warming" trend is flat, doubt that will stop him.

Seriously, it would be laughable if it were not so darned serious,
they plan to enact laws and taxes based on faulty compilation of
data! And what is worse, the grants were paid out to many of these
so called researchers, but most final reports never were even turned in!!!

Sometimes keyboards just need a good blow. Therefore I issue my personal executive order that you should blow your keyboard with a good can of air.

You people are hysterical. The "overreach" that Obama is planning is to require any new private sector contracts with the Executive Branch (like defense contractors and such) will come with a caveat that the company that wants that contract has to institute a minimum wage for its own workers of 10 bucks an hour. Of course, this EO wouldn't apply to companies that have existing contracts, since that would be a contract violation.

Boehner already stated that this isn't a violation of the Constitution, since Obama is the head of the Executive Branch and can adjust regs specific to that branch without asking anyone's permission. So relax and save your hysteria for when someone actually does something illegal.

They are preparing for the soon to be real onslaught.

And I agree that the latest EO is probably legal.

He is being "watched".

Very closely.
