Loving the new look, very Camden town My favourite bit of London

Thank you, and thanks for the link.
I'm browsing through the alternative fashion part of it right now. I see they have goth, and vintage, I'm sure they must have steampunk too.

Probably killed the bloody leopard himself. Looks all sophisticated but how else did he get that fur.

I also question how he came by the silk, royal purple no less.

Questions without answers. That cane looks a little lethal, why does he need a cane ..... unless ...... it is used to hit one in the noggin.

Cody, you have not watched that movie as yet. I know this because when you do your avatar will change. You will not be able to resist.

P

Ghost Rider

I have this one

And I am so going to look for that movie

Thanks P

Camden is my favourite part of London,
It's about as cosmopolitan as it gets, many A listers go there, I had a coffee with Johnny Depp there once, and the pub that Amy Winehouse drank in is just under the bridge first right.

Prince just did some unannounced gigs there, in front of about 300 people, unfortunately I missed them.

There is food from the world over in the market and the T shirts are (although not cheap) well worth having a good look. Most of mine came from there.

If you're ever in England give me a shout I'll take you there, buy you some food and we'll have drink on a pub terrace

In fact that invitation is open to all of you.

Thanks for the invite,
Who knows what the future brings...though going back home to Canada in the future is more likely.
Johnny Depp, eh? You lucky man!
The last time I was in London was in 2002. I was lucky to go there when the weather was actually beautiful and sunny. It was August.
I stayed in W Kensington. (Not sure about spelling.)

Hockey is for carpetbaggers.

LOL

Seriously, when i was a kid we would play "hockey" when it froze. Just get out and run into each other while wielding sticks. There was an outdoor basketball court that water would stand on, then freeze.

When i lived in Wyoming, they were rabid about the Avalanche. Hockey was very important to those folks. Football....not so much. I dont think any of the schools in Laramie had a team, other than the miserable University of Wyoming Cowboys. The joke was always that they got their team colors from their underwear.

USA win on penalty shoot out

I used to play roller hockey as a teenager, it was pretty intense stuff.

I still have a few scars from it.

Loving your Mardi Gras AV my friend it must have taken ages with the attention to detail.

I don't usually watch it

But a USA/Russia grudge match was always going to to be sight to see. Still not as bad when my old school meet Oakham in the rugby though.

That grudge has been going on since 1899, it always results in at least one hospitilisation, on more than one occasion your's truly lol

Canada owns the world of hockey (and most other non figure skating winter sports).

In the US we have a lot of Canadians living here that play hockey. THey just don't play for us in the national team sports. LOL...they'll export Bieber, but not a hockey player.

What Canada does to the rest of the planet during the Winter Olympics....it amounts to be raped in the woods by pig-monkeymen.

ETA: my presumption is that you are nordic (Iceland, Switzerland, etc). Where, exactly, do we ship our NHL players back to?

Yeah, and you guys can keep Bieber, please as long as possible.

I never liked him, I always thought his songs were mediocre and he just jumps around a lot.
Michael Buble, now there's talent, he might be a goofball, but at least he can actually sing.

oh, i love michael buble. we have him playing on our playlist at work (we run our own music instead of "piping" in music). Our guests love him, and it makes for very nice ambience. Some buble mixed in with sinatra....and a glass of wine.
