11 creepy dressed, hooded men, with symbols painted on them, visiting these days all sport events.

They don't move during the tournament, they don't cheer, they don't get sad or happy, they are unexpressed and they stay in a single pose for the whole tournament time.

They visited 2 sport events so far.. And why 11?

Maybe they are intergalactic football fans, and they hope to get in on the world cup. Thats why there is 11 of them.
Being intergalactic they dont need subs of course.
