How to Troll the NSA

I found this site that gives you a block of keywords that PRISM scans for. The idea is that you paste this block in emails, IM's etc to generally pollute their database with bad information. It also includes other instructions on use. Look HERE

Now I'm not one to advise anyone to do this but I know some people will. If you do, then watch your back!!

An amusing idea! However, they've most likely got such massive data centers that a few emails would be minimal as far as an impact goes. I wonder if someone could hide behind a wall of incomprehensible chaff emails, maybe if you send enough of these they'll think your account is nothing but a troll or bot type deal and ignore it. Of course, the alternate could happen and they could "accidentally" raid the wrong house and shoot your pet hamster in the process.

But, what if they decide to charge you with obstructing justice by interfering with an investigation? I could totally see them trying that on the grounds that you willingly and maliciously provided false leads to an ongoing investigation.

The whole deal seems like a lose-lose game.

second time tonight I've had a link not work. See if you can make it work. I edited the OP and just put it in. You'll need to paste it into a browser...

Can you please check it so I can find out how to get myself into even more trouble? I would hate to think I'm not providing them with enough interesting entertainment. After all, can you imagine how boring it would be to read through all of those emails and texts?

Hehe... its working now. Yes it would be boring. The scary thing is, they program computers to categorize you. So the big question is, who's doing the programming and what if their logic is flawed???

they're probably setting the public up, and using there scientific mumbo jumbo to troll you. Im fed up with all this dscord and dissention from reality, humans need to use their empires to buy themselves a concience.

I remember when the whole PRISM story brake there were loads of people on the web, including here on ATS, who wanted to "troll the NSA" to some how overload their servers or cause some kind of problems for the NSA.

Its a utterly stupid idea, firstly its possible that you might land yourself in trouble or be getting a little bit of extra attention form the NSA if you put things like "Obama assassination" as the subject line of all your E-mails, tests, and say it every time you answer your phone.

But aside's from that its not actually going to work, the five eyes of the NSA suck up so much SIGINT that a few thousand keyboard warriors isn't going to make any difference.

But lets suppose it does, that's even worse, it would leave American's both inside the continental United States and abroad (ie, Afghanistan) open to attack.

Now you might not like the idea of PRISM, I know i don't, but like i keep saying, we have known about these types of systems since the 1990's and not been disturbed by them. I think it sucks that we life in a world were this goes on, really i do, but it does and so long as terrorists and our nations enemies are using electronic signals to communicate some form of SIGINT capability is needed as a matter of national security.

Anyone who attempts to somehow "turn off" the NSA should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

if we didnt have kingdoms and empires, who have people set against each other via religion or politics or lifestyle, and we all came to a conclusion about how we should, as a species proceed in our individual and collective realities, i think things would stabilize and life would be less troublesome.
