Not bad in places its pretty decent, thing for me is, once again its footage of a bigfoot moving left then right etc... this thing would be in my opinion be trying to evade pursuit or get away and making a b-line into the woods as deep as it could as quickly and directly as it could... not cross the line of the camera like that over and over, which is a sure sign of in my opinion fake footage.

Thats one reason the Patterson footage is so good in my opinion, the creature is at all times high tailing itself out of there, not milling around in an illogical fashion for a better shot you get with so many other bigfoot footage.

That being said, at least the camera man went after it. I would to and im a complete coward in most things, and I can assure you id be dumping nuggets in my pant as i did it, but id do it... then again, Bigfoot is my primary passion.

What was that yellow dot someone else mentioned up thread, saw it a few times myself and was like

I dont know if i believe in bigfoot or not. But the point is that if you are ever that close to a possible 'bigfoot', you odnt just stop and trun around. You carry on and get the proof, even if it means your life!

Id agree but its still not all that easy, there's some old footage of a white bigfoot shot by a guy back in the 90's at real close range (15 or so feet through heavily thick foliage) that was aired on 'Sightings'... the footage, the way the guy was whispering, his tone and the way the situation looked really sums up the unavoidable reaction that sort of encounter would produce in most humans. Heck i still cant watch it without feeling overly nervous myself and its just footage of a swaying head and shoulders through the leaves, but if it sure doesnt press your fear button all the same.

His legs don't look like they are built to support such a huge frame. He is called "Bigfoot" for a reason. Obviously I don't have a reference point but, if you look at the enhanced version, you can see how skinny it's thighs and ankles are.

And one does not simply take a sample of Bigfoot.
Steve Austin does

An interesting vid but a few things seem off to me. Firstly no real footage of the creature, just glimpses, he can't seem to aim and shoot straight. The few times you do see the "squach" ,it seems more like a man in an outfit, his arms seem about the same size as a mans, and seems to move them about for no reason. Then there is the laser dot, maybe a tool to show the camera man where to point like others have suggested.

There is a Bigfoot horror movie coming out which is supposed to be "blair witch" style called "something creek" (I can't remember the first word in the title). Could this be related to that in some way??

maybe if the person filming didn't make so much noise he would of been able to have got closer to whatever it was, on the basis of this, the guy filming knew what he was doing as he was involved in the set-up, i mean if he saw a tiger or lion wandering about in the woods, would he run towards it making so much noise, no, because it would attack him.

Why the hell do so many people assume everything must be fake and make up stupid excuses for it to be fake? Most of the replies that claim fake dont even make sense.

I think its real but not 100% sure either way. It seems the guy was both scared and excited at the same time. Bigfoot is not godzilla. Sure if you get in a fight with him you will lose, maybe even your life, but I bet you have a better chance than by getting attacked by a hungry lion.

I dont fear bigfoot or bears. Yes I do fear snakes and skorpions though, probably cause I cant see them in time to avoid them. Something I see means I can avoid or confront. I am resourceful enough to handle it. And its always a good idea to have a gun with you or at least a knife. If you dont want to kill it then just use rubber bullets.

All I have to say is, if this is real, that guy filming the event had "Balls of Steel" to chase that thing.

I tend to be a fearless person, but when it comes to wild animals I understand that if you aren't armed, and you piss one off you could easily be killed.

A few years back, I was chased here in Michigan by a large wild female boar, and I can tell you I almost needed a change of pants. I don't venture into the woods without a sidearm now.

But I can tell everyone I would have won a speed award for climbing a tree with virtually no lower limbs, in about 3 seconds.

Well...

Fake or not, a rifle would have solved the argument right then and there.

Quite disappointed. I find the Bigfoots warning to "stay away" quite odd... If it was an ape the camera man would probably have been rushed.

Also, it should be a simple matter to go back and find fur/footprints/something.

you don't fear bigfoot or bears ?

so you would run up to one making as much noise as you can ?

have you not seen any nature documentaries, where the people involved approach the animal as quietly & discreetly as they can to get the best footage, if the guy who took the video was not a dumbass he could of got some very good clear footage, but he didn't, all he got was a poor video just like all the others are.

Rifle would solve only a potential homicide (guess it wasn't a bigfoot at all, just a woodsman wearing a fur coat...oops..)

As far as apes rushing cameras...only if you come close to their den. They don't normally go wandering around attacking humans unless threatened...in saying that, cameradude may have been starting to stumble close to his den, hense the bark at him in the end.
Eventually a desire to live overtakes the curiousity.

Agreed about the followup. I would, even if frightened, back off for a bit, then slowly go up where I spotted for any footprint evidence. Hair may be unlikely..if a primate is losing hair everywhere it walks, it would be bald by now. Besides, you realize trying to find a strand of hair on the forest floor makes looking for a needle in a giant haystack childs play...

Holy fake garbage, batman. The groan at 1:40 is close to the camera, yet the man in the suit is far enough into the woods that the camera has to be zoomed in. You wouldn't hear a groan/grunt like that from something that far away from the camera.

Sorry. Fake, edited garbage, as usual.

Here's the thing, have you ever been to a zoo or animal park where big cats are kept? If so, you know how loud their growls/roars are and just how well they project. I remember hearing a panther growl that was a good 25 yards away, it sounded like it was coming from right in front of me, and it was a low, throat noise she made. So to say that this is fake just because the sound was too close to the camera is a bit unjust.

But, the footage is a little non-genuine. Why run straight into the woods, then go after the subject? I think I would have ran to the spot where it entered the woods, then entered after it.

It just seems staged.

What was this guy filming before he started chasing the BF?

Some context would be nice....looks a little "blair witch" cheesy to me.

I had the same exact thought. The big foot videos have been debunked so many times. Nothing in this proves anything and it looks more like a guy with a camera acting and someone in a monkey suit playing a part.

I really would for Big Foot to be Real, but my fervent wish would be for one of these Internet con men in a Ape suit to be Ravished by a Horny Bigfoot...Now that for me would be convincing footage....Screams...you will have never heard screams coming from the wood like it.

Thats what did it for me too. If I had a way, (im not that tech savy) i would isolate both groans and run them side by side and bet they match in volume, tone, pitch, and length. Besides, from all of the supossed Bigfoot vocalizations I have heard, that sounds more like a bear than a Bigfoot.

What was even the point in posting that video? What was the point in recording it? There's not enough to say anything for certain accept that the person with the camera saw something that might or might not have been Bigfoot...or just another nutter in a gorilla suit putting on a good show for the tourists.

"Incredible" is the word for it. It's funny how there seems to be multiple sources tryin to scare people out of the woods now. Turn on the TV. You've got hillbillies chasen"Wolfman","swampcreecher", the "Mothman".You never hear of anyone tracking bigfoot with bloodhounds. Or just tracking them period. Seems they conveniently only find one track at a time, and just now and then.

Seems to me that this is part of the media's agenda to elicit fear and or uncertainty in folks. Somebody track one and bag it with a tranquilizer dart, or let the subject die.
