But one can not expect repect if you dont give it first

someone has to make it and being American does not make you "special" any more than I.

As for the last 10 countrys well I agree most are crap holes

Really? Canada is considered one long joke here in the States and you seriously believe that Canadians would remain ok with this? They may not mention it, but I'm sure Americans teasing Canadians constantly had something to do with them not getting on the list.

Maybe in other sensitive places in Canada, who knows. I can only speak for where I live, people here don't seem to mind Americans, niether do people in Nova Scotia. Unless they are too chicken# to say anything about it to an actual American lol.
