Damascus Airport Explosion

Just breaking on Twitter, which I know some people question as a source, but this jumped out to me. Seem to be many reports of it.

The explosion was in Mezzah Military airport. Which belongs to the regime. More details to come. #Damascus

All reports are saying 'huge' explosion or commenting on the size.

Wonder if the weapons have already been shipped to the 'rebels'.

Reports are now saying a car bomb. Might not be as big as originally reported.

I'm getting reports that the explosion in Mezzeh Military Airport wasn't launched from Syria. More to come.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a monitoring group based in Britain with a network of observers in Syria, said a booby-trapped car had exploded at a road block near the airport. I heard the reports that 4000 or so Iranians were due to come to help in Syria.

Would this have been the airport they would have flown into?

Will this affect them coming in? What does the collective mind think?
