Eventually, everyone will understand how the game is rigged, to the fullest. Some people still believe in the judicial system.

Obviously you do believe. Otherwise why start a thread asking people and I quote:

How do you think the trial will end? Do you think George Zimmerman will be convicted or acquitted?

Nothing in there about the process being rigged.

Peace
I was once told, threads take a life of their own.
This one certainly did that. Never thought it would generate so much discussion; regardless of which side of the fence you're on. IMO this has become an agenda oriented case. I'm really interested in seeing the outcome of this trial; especially if he walks.

From whats being presented so far. They aren't making the case for Manslaughter. Yes it might have led up to a death but at the time the gun went off, it was in self defense.

if the gun went off on accident during the scuffle, then yes. GZ pulled the trigger when he was getting the snot beat out of him. After repeated cries for help and no one came, any sane person who felt their life threatened would've pulled the trigger too. Thats not manslaughter, thats self defense.

The prosecutions own witnesses so far painted that picture.

I thought Manslaughter would be the verdict, but as of now on day 6.... it looks like that. Things could change in the next few days/weeks, but im going based off of what im seeing so far during the trial.

George says he was fearful when Trayvon was merely walking by his vehicle, so why should anyone believe his fears later are likely to have been reasonable? If he was fearful just because Trayvon came up to about a car length away from his vehicle, he'd have been traumatised to the point of incoherence after the beating he claims he got.

also take into account that this recording is being recorded by a court mic. I dont think its directly connected to the live feed... which is why the audio sounds soo bad.

Could be. Personally, I don't have a dog in this fight. I can only go by what I see being displayed in court and the prosecution is not making their case. We can blame on whose lying, who didn't investigate properly, and many other reasons, but in the end the burden is on the state to prove it within a reasonable doubt.

Peace

This is something they have talked about here in Florida a lot. All of the interviews were pretty consistent they expect some inconsistency but most people that are lying will not be able to keep their story strait at all. That is the main reason he wasn't arrested until after outside pressure from the MSM and the statements made by Obama.

If he was so "afraid", why did he bother getting out of his vehicle? In the pictures i've seen, it looks like George was much bigger than Trayvon; yet, Trayvon had George scared? I guess the color of his skin made him quiver.

Zimmerman 911 tape .. Investigator ... 'why was Martin suspicious' ...
Zimmerman - because it was raining and he was out looking INTO the houses.

It's beyond a reasonable doubt to some that George would urinate on your shoes and tell you it was raining.

Ever time he gets caught in an inconsistency, he says, "I don't remember..."

Maybe, the State needs a spark, to get this party started.

He didn't identify himself to Martin. He said he 'didn't have the opportunity'.
That's a major mistake. He should have identified himself.
Again .. that's not murder .. but it's a big mistake.

He just said he jumped out of the car to see where Martin was going.
Earlier he said he got out of the car to read the street sign...

We're ALL "suspicious", in case you didn't get the memo.

So, the guy who didn't want to go back along the scary pathway because it was dark, then goes and walks along it and doesn't even glance in the direction he'd saw Trayvon go, and when he didn't really know he had left the area, allegedly. What a load of crap!

Sereno just basically told him his story didn't add up, so he better "think about that". A minute and a half to walk 30 feet?

Sereno said he was trying to protect him (Z)...

Z said it doesn't sound like him screaming (Z)

If that was Z screaming.... I thought Trayvon had his hands over Z's mouth....

Something is totally screwed up here!

Let's believe every word he says.

Its so bad that they cant identify the voice crying for help.

On one side i cant imagine GZ whos watching out for burglars, who called the police, go after TM to kill him.
I cant imagine he would shoot someone in a civil arrest situation.
If TM was the one crying for help, why would GZ draw his gun and shoot him when he allready have the upper hand in the fight?

on the other side, i deep down feel like it was TM that was crying for help and maybe was exposed for a GZ on a powertrip.

So is GZ a psyckopat on a powertrip or was TM a violent thug looking for an easy score in the rain??

You want to know what is so sad. You will not be able to accept the Jury's decision. If it doesn't go your way, it is gonna be the judge, or this, or that. You will absolutely incapable of accepting the justice system we have. Look, I want the bastage found guilty no matter what but I will be able to walk away knowing that justice and our system served us all.
